Return Policy
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor.
If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package.

TRACKING A SHIPMENT
Once we ship your package, you will be given a tracking number via the email listed on the account of your order.
You may check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS or UPS website.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE
Once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected. PGP does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for the actions of USPS or UPS, weather and any other events that may lead to delays, loss or stolen packages.
